Prachtig hotel in prachtige groene omgeving. Drie grote zwembaden en de zee op een steenworp. De mogelijkheid om een auto te huren om naar de hoofdstad Kos te rijden. Met het openbaar vervoer lukt het ook eenvoudig. Het eten was in buffetvorm, zeer verzorgd, maar mocht wel iets warmer zijn. Wij komen graag terug!

Prachtige week doorgebracht in dit hotel. Was perfect in orde, kamers zijn inderdaad aan een update toe maar voor de rest was het fantastisch. Restaurant in buffet is buitengewoon goed. Zeer vriendelijk. Enkel de taxi’s in Kos is een probleem. Geweldig om te zien hoe men hier terug op de benen staat na 2 drama jaren, chapeau !!

De kamers zijn gedateerd en zeker geen 5 sterren waard. Ook hangt er een verschrikkelijk rioolgeur binnen heel het hotel, zeker als de wind vanuit de bergen komt.
Infrastructuur in orde : mooie tuinen, eten verzorgd, mooi artisanaal zandstrand.

We are deeply disappointed to read, that we did not exceed your expectations. However, allow us to explain the situation to you.
Concerning the rooms, we would like to point out, that we do not advertise our rooms as renovated. On the other hand, our hotel is recognised as 5 star facility as per Greek legislation and control and also from the tour operators, which we are working with.
Regarding the smell, it is important to clarify it. The smell comes from the public sewage facility of the island, which is 2 kilometers away from our resort. Our hotel is obliged by Greek law to be connected through the public facility. Thus, it is within the area of responsibility of the municipality. Regardless, our hotel and the other hotels of the area have been putting pressure on local authorities, so a solution can be found. The municipality has been making construction work for the extension of the facility. For that matter, there has been an improvement but the situation remains beyond our control.
We really do hope, that you will give us a second chance, so that we can improve the unjust impression, that you have received.

Wij bleven in Mei 2022 voor 7 dagen in Grecohotel.
De accommodatie was prachtig. Ook de service en onthaal waren uitstekend.
De kamer zelf is aan upgrading toe.
Wij hadden voor half pension gekozen en hadden de keuze om 's middags of 's avonds te kiezen. Wat zeer praktisch was als je Kos stad bezocht.
