First of all, we would like to thank you for staying here with us and for taking the time to post this online review on Tripadvisor.
We are deeply disappointed to read, that we did not exceed your expectations. However, allow us to explain the situation to you.
Concerning the rooms, we would like to point out, that we do not advertise our rooms as renovated. On the other hand, our hotel is recognised as 5 star facility as per Greek legislation and control and also from the tour operators, which we are working with.
Regarding the smell, it is important to clarify it. The smell comes from the public sewage facility of the island, which is 2 kilometers away from our resort. Our hotel is obliged by Greek law to be connected through the public facility. Thus, it is within the area of responsibility of the municipality. Regardless, our hotel and the other hotels of the area have been putting pressure on local authorities, so a solution can be found. The municipality has been making construction work for the extension of the facility. For that matter, there has been an improvement but the situation remains beyond our control.
We really do hope, that you will give us a second chance, so that we can improve the unjust impression, that you have received.
