It was a pleasure for all of us for having the opportunity to host you at the resort. We genuinely appreciate your positive comments about our beautiful room and the staff's performance. We were delighted to learn that generally, you had an enjoyable stay with us.
We have also noted your feedback highlighting the bathtub tap, wi-fi connection, and breakfast. Allow me to express my sincerest regret and apologies as I am distressed that we fell short of your expectations.
The bathtub equips with a water tap and shower. Honestly, I did not understand the fact that filling the bathtub was not possible. We never had this kind of comment before and all rooms were continuously occupied by guests. I would be very grateful if you could share your previous room number so we can thoroughly check about this. For breakfast, we have increased the temperature for the hot dishes station in the buffet which hopefully could meet the guest's expectations. We learn that this has happened because of the windy seasons and windy and cloudy weather here in Sanur nowadays.
We are currently working on the new settings of our internet connections to maximize the bandwidth from the 4 internet providers that we have.
