You brought to my attention that during your recent stay, we fell short of meeting your expectations in the room and while dining in the breakfast area. Your experience of the buffet has been shared with the Restaurant Manager who joins me in offering not only our sincere apologies for the teamās shortcomings but our commitment to resolving these issues in order to improve the dining experience in the future. Note that at weekends, peak time is between 9.30 - 10.30 am. During this timeframe, we try to refill the buffet as fast as possible but it may take a bit longer. For a comfortable breakfast experience, it is advised to arrive before 9 am or after 10 am.
Although we fell short of meeting your expectations during your stay, I hope you will consider our hotel on your next visit to the area so that we can deliver on the guest experience you deserve.
