On the other hand, we are sorry about the noise issues you have experienced during the stay. In case you prefer a quieter room, do not hesitate to inform us in advance. Our team is focused on providing our guests the best experience and we are always working to fulfill guest requests upon availability.
We do have tea and coffee facilities only in our suite room types. However, we have bar available at reception from where you can buy different types of drinks and snacks.
In addition, our rooms do not have fridge. In case you need to keep something fresh, do not hesitate to ask at the front desk. Our receptionists will keep it in the fridge at the reception.
