We appreciate your positive feedback regarding the look of the hotel as much as your critical comments on the extrabed, technical issues and air condition. I have forwarded your comments to our maintenance department directly, and we both tried the electricity. We were not able to find any issues on it, but I understand your anger. Please, on you next stay, call the front office directly for any information or help. That's what they there for. I am sure you understand, that because of the fact that we have carpet in the room we need extra cleaning if a dog stays in the room.
I personally hope, you will come back to stay with us again and give us another chance .
