Fijn verblijf gehad in Palatino hotel! Mooie nette en schone kamer. Balkon bij de kamer. Airco is aanwezig, voldoende hangers in de kledingkast. Op 200m van het kiezelstrandje en de boulevard richting de binnenstad. Ontbijt was prima, al waren wij na tien ochtenden wel een beetje uitgegeten.. er wordt iedere dag exact hetzelfde aangeboden. Receptionistes erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Fijn hotel op een goede locatie. Twee minuten lopen naar een strandje met bedjes en een eet en drinkgelegenheid. Op 5 minuten lopen van het gezellige centrum van Zakynthos stad. Een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet wat steeds werd aangevuld indien nodig. Wij hadden een mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee. Vriendelijk personeel overal.

Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt via Vakantiediscounter. De foto op de website suggereerde dat het hotel aan het strand lag. Niet dus :-( Echter een kiezelstrand ligt op 50 meter afstand en een zandstrandje op 250 meter.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer schoon en goed. Weinig stopcontacten (2). Ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde. Slechts watermeloen als fruit. Knakworst bij een Engels ontbijt.
Let op: Hotel wordt voor 90% bevolkt door Aziaten. Gevolg ontbijt is warm en compleet van 07:00 tot 07:30. Daarna is een groot gedeelte op.... En wordt er zoveel gebakken dat het niet meer op gaat en koud op jou ligt te wachten.
Ook koken deze Aziaten op hun eigen kamer waardoor de kamer (via de airco) stinkt als een Chinees restaurant. Na klachten van ons is dit wel opgelost, maar niet van harte.

Our location is 250m from Zakynthos center area & 50m from Plaz Eot beach ,that is awarded 2017 with Blue Flag award. This year ,486 beaches in Greece have been awarded the Blue Flag , so we are very proud that Plaz Eot complies with 32 criteria concerning cleanliness, environmental management and organisation, environmental education and information, visitor safety and services, as well as protection of nature, the coast and the coastal area.
In regard to the breakfast, I'm sorry to hear that we were not able to fully delight you during your time with us. The extensive buffet breakfast has a superb choice of dishes to please every plate, especially traditional Greek healthy and fresh options from high-quality local products, as well as a full English.
We try to give the chance to our guests to meet the gastronomic wealth of our country and taste at our breakfast the innumerable Greek products which are at the heart of the Mediterranean Diet.

Prima verzorgde kamers. Heel goed verzorgd ontbijt. Accent op hygiëne! Iedere dag schone handdoeken en 2 x in de week schoon beddengoed. En centrale ligging in Zakynthos Town. Bij volgende bezoek aan Zakynthos gaan we weer voor het Palatino hotel.
