We apologize if our antique wardrobe didn't meet your expectations. It is part of our aim to maintain the authenticity of the local culture and traditional furnishings, but we understand the need for more storage space and will certainly take your suggestions into consideration.

Regarding your breakfast experience, we always aim to cater to a variety of tastes, and we’re happy to inform you that we have recently introduced freshly prepared juices each morning. We’re sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoy our dinner offering. We value your feedback and will certainly reflect upon it to ensure we maintain high standards of cuisine.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our Masseria. We will now try to answer the various points you mentioned.
Our gardens and vineyards extend for several hectares within the property, so it is difficult for us to think that our masseria lacks intimacy. There is plenty of space for everyone. It is even possible to go for a run for several kilometers without ever leaving the property.
Regarding breakfast, we offer a wide variety of cakes, pastries, muffins, jams, etc ... all prepared by our chef, plus different cold cuts, many cheeses, breads, hard-boiled eggs, different types of cereals, fruit juices, and many other courses. Even staying a week here it would be possible to eat different delicious things every day. So we are sorry, but it is quite wrong to consider "poor" a breakfast like this one.
Then, our masseria is located in a beautiful protected area called "Lama San Giorgio", which was the old course of a river and is now a beautiful grove of mediterranean flora. We are sorry that you did not try to explore it.
What you have shown in the distance in your pictures is Divella pasta company's grain and pasta silos, so a pasta company (which also make a really good pasta, we suggest you to try it if you find it at your local supermarket), as usually the people know, is a very clean production with no negative externalities for the surrounding area. In the other pictures you show our table grape vineyards, which are usually really appreciated and typical of our area (in fact we are an agriturismo, which means that we also have an agricultural company). And we think there is nothing negative about table grapes.
As you wrote in your email, you chosed to stay only one night and then you asked for a refund for the other nights, writing as a reason that we are not like Gargano (which is a not so big area, something like 200 km far from us), and this is, with all due respect, a very nonsense request (and naturally we did not accept it). In fact, we are in Bari area, a different place with its own pro, beauties, nature, places etc ... . It is like asking a refund if you go to Rome, but you did not enjoy it as much as Naples (they are about 200km away from each other too).

Please consider us available for any question, certain of being able to meet your expectations in a second experience that we hope you can live in our masseria.
