We are sincerely sorry to hear about this misunderstanding.
Our serene and optimistic team has informed you of its wish to welcome you to its site for your stay in August, as by that time things should be back to normal, particularly with regard to the opening of the borders. We have also introduced all the necessary hygiene measures in our campsite to protect everyone.
However, in view of this health crisis that we are experiencing, you have chosen to cancel your stay, which we fully understand. You then preferred to ask for a refund and, having had no feedback from you, we thought that your insurance would have paid you back.
As it turns out, you didn't and we're sorry for that. We therefore invite you to contact us again by email or telephone as soon as possible so that we can settle this misunderstanding together.
We hope to have the pleasure to meet you one day and show you what a stay in our lovely 5-star campsite looks like!
