Postpone your Goa plan if required, but don't stay at this place and spoil your trip. Shabby place. Open switch board (Pic attached) . Footmarks at about 5 ft height on the wall (Pic attached). Unclean bedsheets and pillows. No toiletries. Don't even provide drinking water in the rooms. No room service to have a morning cup of tea/coffee. AC remotes don't work and didn't provide the refund since we were compelled to use the AC room as non AC room.

Worst place to stay...hotel sales team are cheaters

To begin with please don’t see the pics tht the site show you as it’s a sham. So our trip started with trouble as soon as we reached the hotel, first I would say it’s a cheap guest house not a hotel. We had booked 2 rooms & given 50% advance a week before. We paid ₹10,000 for 2 rooms for 2 days. The entry to rooms is bad it’s a broken way between houses to reach the main building. After reaching at Baga village we realised they have only 1 room available. After entering the room all we saw was seepage, broken door & dirty sheets, it had blood stains of mosquitoes. I’ve attached some pics of the room. We decided to sit downstairs rather than sitting in this room. The manager or sales team were of no help at all infact they kept our phone on hold and 2nd time didn’t pick the call. After waiting at reception for 2 hrs another single room got available. The room promised to us would be empty by 1 at night. So all 4 of us were waiting till 2 in the morning to get the room. Than there is no service from hotel. Food etc comes from outside so the tea comes in a plastic pack & you have to pour in small paper cups (pic attached). In the morning next day there was no water in the bathroom. And we decided that we can’t take this any more & checked out as we had paid for 2 days and they were not refunding the money we had to make do with this place. Had to ask couple of times to send someone for cleaning bathrooms. Even if we asked for tea cups or plates the staff said they don’t have any. No water was provided. Basically nothing at all. Just to add there were 2-3 more couples who had booked there rooms a month before but there was no room for them. As we had reached earlier we had managed to get rooms. The only thing that works for this place is walking distance from beach.…

The worst place to stay

The AC doesn't work and of the power goes off there is no power back up and you have to stay in the dark the whole night. My suggestion is to avoid this place. The staff has no manners and very irresponsible

Very poor service please dont waste money

Every day electricity load shedding is there between 10pm to 6 am. Its really difficult to sleep. The day when I arrived there was no electricity when enquired they initially didnt respond but after sometime when I got pissed off they said main switch was off. I have been here since last 5 days still wifi is not working. I had to be behind them to get the tata sky activated which was deactivated due to non payment. They dont have kitchen so gave me other restaurant menu, which I later enquired on how they intended to give breakfast which I opted for they said they have kitchen in their hotel so when I asked why they didnt give menu of kitchen they have no answer. There are many more problems.

Geweldige plek dicht bij het strand

Ik ben een frequente bezoeker en een budgetreiziger. Dit hotel ligt zeer dicht bij het strand en ideaal voor budgetreizigers. Ze hebben ook een strand Shack het is een must om te bezoeken als de prijzen redelijk zijn. Het personeel maakte mijn verblijf comfortabel. Geen klachten. Proost
