Wonderful condo, 2 bedroom 2 bath, pool, hot tub about 50 yards off the gulf. I will definitely come back again. The condo sleeps 8 with full kitchen, washer and dryer, wrap around balcony with incredible sunsets.
My family has been visiting the area for many years but this was the first stay in Perdido Key. The location was perfect because it was at the end of everything but minutes to Pensacola and Orange Beach. Johnson beach was only footsteps away as well. The condo was beautifully decorated. There was a nice pier and small lake. We loved the pool area and hot tub. The security gate was nice to have as well to cut down on unwanted traffic. My only dislike was seemingly more rules and stricter policies than any other condo Ive stayed in. Not that that is a bad thing ,just maybe too many. Unit 303 was perfect though.
Could not ask for better, clean spatious rooms, well maintained pool, short walk to the beach. Enjoyed local restaurants that we plan to return to on our next trip. All of the other guests were friendly and you I could tell they were very much enjoying their vacation time there also
Condo # 316, Grand Caribbean East....this place says it sleeps 8, the sleeper sofa was horrible. Totally worn out, slip cover is on to hide the filth that covers the couch. Mattress on sofa not worth sleeping on, so it should say sleeps 6! The king bed squeaks every time you move, so it wakes you up all night!. This condo needs some work done it. The HOA closed the pool for two days during our stay. Who does pool work in June? It was cosmetic work on the tile. They could do that in the winter when no one is going swimming. Very disappointed in this. The beach access is about 15 feet wide first one there gets to see the water from your beach chair!!
Ok so here is the story. The condo is great. Our condo was clean, sooo nice. Comfortable beds. We stayed in 303. The problem I have is not with the condo, it’s with the beach access. The rates are cheaper because it’s not ‘beachfront’. I get that. That’s fine by be. And there is a short little walk to access the beach. Fine. But when you get there you have a 20-30 yard space that you can park it. If you go to far to the left or right you will be on the property of the “high rollers” who have rooms right on the beach and the beach police will come to as you to move over 2 feet.🙄 I am writing the governor of this great sunshine state. What you do is go down early and stake you a spot and put up your tent/umbrella then come back when you want. That’s the only way to get even close to the water. That is the reason I drove 6 hours.…
