Hotel centraal gelegen naast de vele shoppingmalls. Gebouw wordt gedeeld met mercure hotel. Kamers zijn klein maar wel schoon. Tegen betaling kan je gebruik maken van zwembad van mercure. Kost 200 bath incl gratis drankje.

Ondanks dat we via de Accor site al online hadden ingecheckt met paspoort gegevens enzo moest alles na een lange reis opnieuw. We zijn ook Accor member dus alle info is bekend. De manager inopleiding wilde waarschijnlijk alles extra goed doen ofzo maar dat kwam bij ons niet

Kamers zijn klein maar prima. Personeel stug en niet zo gastvrij. Hadden online al ingecheckt maar moesten door de volledige molen. Duurde lang. Ondanks dat ik een accor pas heb moest ik borg betalen. Dit terwijl er geen minibar is. Gratis drankje op 9e etage. Men legt niet niet

I am disappointed to learn about your experience with us since the check in process, I am embarrassed to read about the poor welcoming service provided by our team. I am surprised as we usually have very positive feedback toward our staff, please allow me to me to express my sincerest apologies as what you have experience does not reflect our band standard at all. I have personally addressed your comment to Managers of the concerned department and to strongly emphasize how serious the matter is in order to prevent from similar occurrence in the future. In regard to the security deposit concern kindly note that it is indeed the normal process of the hotel, an easy way for our customer to use it upon departure for any extra expense during their stay. In spite of it I very much appreciate you did enjoyed our perfect location in the heart of Bangkok City as well as the super breakfast selection at the restaurant. Goed hotel op loop afstand van MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery Makkelijk te bereiken van af Suvarnabumi airport met Sky train en BTS. Taxi ongeveer 400 THB, skytrain en BTS ongeveer 90 THB per persoon. Een aanrader voor shoppers. Hotel heeft in pandig een 7 eleven.

Pet behavior is guest personal respond. 3. Damage and Soiling repair or additional cleaning cost belong to guest respond. 4. Pet is not be left unattended in hotel room. 5.Hotel do require to keep pet out of dining area. 6.Noise disturb by pet is under hotel consideration to refuse to continuing accommodation for your pet. 7.Guest must aware cleanliness of public area to pick up any pet's droppings. Hello, Does the hotel have a Gym and a Pool? Or are both amenities shared with Mercure?
Mercure has the pool and you pay like $6 a day for access, probably has a gym too, I just never looked.

No direct access to Mercure hotel facilities as they have separate entrances and lifts. Will have to check with hotel reception whether you can use the gym or pool.
