A Lovely place to stay when working yet need some off-screen time and to rejuvenate. Very good service. Location rocks, its most picturesque, a sight for sore eyes (pun intended, for its working eyes) and all hot areas are a stone's throwaway, be it the beach, the markets or the waterfronts! The roof top pool, is the final feather in the cap! In all, well worth it. Encore Suites, will surely find me visiting again.

great place , very good adjusting staff. most amazing food. I was here for a business trip for 2 days but ended up staying for 4 days. The rooms in the hotel are big as they are suites. makes working very easy. i really appreciate the warmth the staff have showered on me. They were very happy to help whenever i needed them.

we were 3 couples with 3 kids . we were very happy with the experience of the hotel. The pool is very clean and the view is great. The staff was very nice and adjusting to our needs. The property is amazing for a family holiday.

feels like pvt luxury. excellent people so is the TLC. service beyond times. love it . love it wll the way. these are suites very large with private valconys, affordable. good food and service. a penthouse bar gazebos, cozy and negetive edge pool..feels like own teritiory all the views of panjim and rainbow bridge. must stay for long and am sure ya all will have fun and hospitality to go with

We stayed here for good 10 days extendable to an additional 15 days. Moreover, we even asked for a meal discount since we were going to do all our meals with them. Sad to say, their food is not upto the mark. Their staff is totally untrained. The food is not cheap and even after repeated request, food was not served as we desired. After a week, the hotel stopped us before leaving from work and asked to pay our bills till date and check out on the 10th day because they were expecting a huge booking. We did remind them that we had preonformed that our booking would be for 10 days extendable to 15 days. Over and above, we informed them that we should be told if they are taking any fresh bookings. Nonetheless, we cleared our balance. In the evening, the restaurant asked us to settle bills in cash and said it can’t be added to our room. From the next day, they started asking money on per day basis which was pretty disappointing. Even though we did clear all their dues without a fuss, we were harassed. On the 9th day, they disconnected our room keys and did not even clean our rooms when we reached the hotel at night. They wanted that we clear their balance and commit we vacate their property the next day. The next day, while we brought down our luggage, the hotel staff was eagerly just wanting us to clear his dues and said I can’t let you check out if your bill is not paid which again was very funny. The next thing we know, the bell boy comes to our room to collect luggage. He asked if we have not taken anything which was insulting after the fact that the only thing they provided were shampoo. There were no laundry bags given. After that, the bell boy refused to keep the luggage till the reception did not count in all the money. Pretty embarrassing after staying with them for 10 days. We never troubled nor did we have any intention to stop their payment, we loved the property and wanted to enlist it our go-to place in Goa but after what we experienced, I’d advice one should enjoy the property, the management is not good. It does not feel like a 4 star BEWARE…
