An absolutely claustrophobic experience staying at the "bella villa luxury homestay ". Firstly the owners should remove the tag "luxury" from their name tag. There Is absolutely nothing luxurious about this place by any standards. Run by a father-daughter duo who live and run this guesthouse, have absolutely zero concept of hospitality or courtesy, especially being a homestay. Badly maintained, the room had cobwebs behind the bed, the air con water outlet was in the balcony and leaking water all the time, rendering the entire balcony unusable. There was all but 1 helper/caretaker who was at best grumbling about the owners all the time. Last but not the least, the breakfast was so meager with just 4 slices of bad toast and the thinnest omelette ever. Asking for a little extra butter, we were told that it would be charged 20 rs extra. Unbelievable... would have never booked this place had I read the google reviews in maps ahead. Easily one of the worst places, by experience that we have ever stayed in. …

Me and my wife visited this Homestay in Nov-21 had high hope from this homestay but it was sheer disappointment for us. Firstly, we did reach the homestay lil early around 9 am, we sat outside and called the reception, they did answer but nobody ever came and acknowledge us, the least we could have expected from a homestay. The room was quite damp and was not upto the mark, plug socket was still not working when we arrived, even the bathroom was outside the room and common, as a couple that was lil uncomfortable for us. We had to ask for water bottle several times for which the care taker did not provide on the same day. The homestay is not maintained properly. Although the breakfast was good, we didn't have lunch and dinner there.

Awesome place to stay, where you can get a home like ambience and the hospitality shown by Indra aunty and murugan uncle was amazing. Best place to stay in Goa. It was safe, kid friendly and provided good and unique spot guidence.

We enjoyed our staying in this place in february 2019. This house is well organised and designed. You can find friendly stuff and feel that that they really care aobut your time and feeling. We were lucky to find this place. I can tell you a lot things about their rooms, living rooms, beautiful gazebo's and views of sunset. I am really thankful to owner and his wife that they took care aobut us. Evenmore, they advices and prepared special food that helped me during my pregnacy.

190209 my wife and I stayed in this beautiful house runned by this charming and warmed couple who are so helpful. We are very grateful for their hospitality and sumptuous and delicious meals. Situated beside the Goa Conversation centre, we were able to see the World People concert. We are sad to leave this beautiful place and warmed couple.
