Visited this shop lots in Pittenweem & now that it has moved to Anstruther we were so looking forward to visiting. Sadly it was let down by comments made in the shop by how little money she had made that morning & how she should have opened a food shop.
Then took to social media platform publicly accusing customers “of treating it like a tourist attraction”
Quite frankly it’s just ungracious and embarrassing. That will be the one thing that actually stops people going to shop.

Many locally made items with a good selection of decorative items. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I bought several things for friends that were made by local artists. Great shop!

Had a lovely visit to Seaweed n Stuff. I had been recommended to go and check it out and it did not disappoint. Julie makes devine Chutneys using different types of Seaweed. One of many things you can buy in her lovely store. There is also a variety of other goods including beautiful homemade jams, delicious boozy ice creams and home goods. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Pitenweem! We were so impressed!

This is an attractive little shop situated on the main road through the village. In addition to very unusual jams and chutneys, which all include various types of seaweed, there are some nice decorative pieces and souvenirs - all with a predominately nautical theme.

As it’s approaching the festive season there are also some nice Christmas decorations, so we were able to collect a little reminder of a Pittenweem for our tree.

'Seaweed n Stuff' is a small shop in Pittenweem; on the main thoroughfare from Anstruther to Elie in the East Neuk of Fife. Today I at long last managed to get there (too much going on in my life!) and I am SO glad I did, They have lots of the most charming things - cushions, glass sculptures and other well-chosen items which reference a sea-side experience. I now have a wonderful drift-wood key ring for my Motability Scooter - will never lose it!

But the BEST thing they sell (to my mind) is their range of delicious jams, relishes and piccalilli which all incorporate the seaweeds available round the coast.
The 'Smoked Dulse & Onion Relish' is to die for, as is the 'Tomato & Dulse Relish'. In the east (Japan, Korea & China) seaweeds are eaten all the time - and with good reason, they contain so many of the nutrients and vitamins we need every day - Seaweed n Stuff is a company that has recognised this and is using locally harvested seaweeds in the best possible way.

They also have a charming small garden tea room which serves delicious things including the most awsome Chocolate Cake (with a boozy cherry jam filling) that I have ever seen.

Well worth a stop, you won't be disappointed!

This business has transferred to Perth. It is now a coffee shop.
Having got there expecting Seaweed n Stuff, we decided to have coffee n cake.
Both the coffee and cake were excellent, and well worth the visit.

Visited after a drive to Potmahomack and faced a coffee - everything was closed so we followed a sign to the very small village of Rockfield. Wonderful warm welcome - great coffee and home made cake + home made interesting ice cream. We will be back to this great place -

I stopped here for a coffee and ice cream after being taken there by my sister a few months before. Lovely coffee, but the very special thing was the amazing ice cream! Really unusual flavours, and oh so tasty! The cake was good too :o) I bought some of their speciality marmalade and pickle away with me and I just wish I had bought more! And what's fab about it all is that it's all made there, on site, no additives. It is a bit out of the way but once you get there the fantastic views make the trip worth while. Highly recommend.

We came across Seaweed n Stuff by accident after we had completed the Tarbat Ness walk from Portmahomack. We were so pleased to find somewhere for tea/coffee after our walk. The shop had lots of beautiful locally made craft items, plus pickles etc made by the owners. And the most wonderful ice creams also made by the owners. We were made to feel more than welcome and were taken up on to the sun deck to enjoy our drink. We enjoyed it so much we planned another walk that would pass by both on the way out and back. We decided to buy our family holiday gifts from there are the items were true locally made things - far superior to the tacky gifts found in many gift shops. A Harris Tweed broach for £4.99! Homemade pickles, jams and candles. Seaweed produce - lip balm, oat cakes. Our family loved them. I bought some cute wooden fish and a wooden yatch for less than £1 now hanging in my motor home! Well worth a visit
