1500 Panda in the all the word , 2 of them in Qatar , female (Thouraya) and Male (Souhail), it’s very amazing to see them playing , very cute and relaxing view, also there is kids area to play and draw, Cute coffee to eat and drink .
Before coming you should do reservation on line by Oun application, 50 QAR per person.

I made it to the Panda House from my place in just 40 minutes. The parking space was impressively spacious, which was really nice. The staff there were welcoming and enthusiastic to share information about the pandas. Booking online was easy, no hassle at all. Although the two pandas were separated, their playful and fun antics made the time pass quickly. The food menu at the restaurant could use a little upgrade. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Booking is Online but thank you for the guy in ticket booth he let me pay by cash outside for my famly. sohail and turaya was very cute but sleeping when we got theere we wait for them to wake up, there is little gift store inside panda toys.
Front staff busy on phone watching loud movie, they just look to me no good afternoon ,
Theere is also Cafe design like a forest its good and also waiter is friendly,
Theere is also Room for kids the staff also doing same watching loud movie she only give me paper then go back to her sit to watch.
Panda house is very boring for visitors the staffs are not welcoming, we paid 275 cash for nothing, it will be worth the visit if the staff atleast educate the guest about panda.

Tickets were a bit expensive, Place was so Good
The staffs are Lazier than the Pandas, No one welcome us in the Front area which is very weird staffs are busy chatting on each other we dont know where to go special thanks to the gift shop lady
Cafe was nice and refreshing Pandas are so cute and so adorable But their Education Room staff dont know anything about the panda how come it is called education room when the staff cannot educate visitors about the Panda? And she answered in a rude manner with rulling eyes like what the f*** was that? 🤨 Over all the visit to the Panda House was very terrible, bad customer service and very unsatisfactory experience. I hope the management will take actions and look for their staffs behavior at work.
I recommend booking online and Search about Pandas before going as I say staffs are very uneducated about their Panda so yes do your own research

Wouldn’t let us in because the staff left early.
We arrived at 2.35 and the panda house closes at 3pm, there was no ‘last entry warning’ on any websites. The security guard said the man who scans the tickets had already gone home so they couldn’t let us in.
Don’t bother.

We lucked out when we visited and saw a very active female panda who was walking around a lot and climbed a tree during our visit. The male was still fun to see as he lounged on his platform the whole time we were there. We enjoyed that there were multiple vantage points to view the pandas and it was easy to walk around. It wasn't too busy and we were told that it doesn't get that busy here. These pandas are from the Sichuan province and we recall going to the Giant Panda Research Base and how crazy it was with the tourist crowds but this was a very pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed the building and the interior space was well thought out.
The panda house is about a 45 minute drive away from Doha but there is plenty of parking. The signage on the way is plentiful once you get close. We would recommend bringing a sweater here because it is kept very chilly here so the pandas are comfortable. There are some gardens outside the panda house but the panda house is the attraction here. Plan to spend about an hour in the panda house but you could sit and have a drink or light snack at the cafe which give a good viewing area of the female panda enclosure. There are also some seats and tables around the enclosures, panda face painting, an activity room and a small games area on the top level of the panda house. There are plenty of clean bathrooms throughout the area.
It is important to note that the Panda House is separate from Al Khor Park and Zoo but is very close. Tickets for the park have to be purchased on line using Qatar's Oun application and are 50 QAR for adults. Once purchased you can scan the QR code at the front gate and security will let you in. They recommended coming here early so we got here at 12:30 and lucked out with our panda experience.
We enjoyed our visit but are keen to go back so we wish they had some sort of annual or multi-pass. They have a gift shop on site but it was empty and didn't look like it had been open for some time - we were interested in getting merchandise and thought the right stuff would be quite popular out here.

From the entrance, the staff that checking the QR coded ticket is very polite and kind.
Since we reached there midday, we're a bit hungry. So we bought tea and sandwich to the nearest food stall from the entrance. The food is delicious and affordable, even the attending staff is very nice.
Upon entering the panda zone, the two staff from the reception are both welcoming. And there's like a tour guide (which I failed to get the name) that welcome us, he's very informative. He really knew what he's doing. He's quite well oriented on how and what abouts of the pandas. So impressive.
We explore the whole panda zone. One word that can describe our experience: AMAZING! from all the staff (from the main entrance to the food stall waiter to the panda zone entrance, to the tour guide, to all the security guards posted all around the area, the guy in the game area: ring toss, which happened to be the same staff in the photo booth, the staff in the cafeteria inside the zone [which we unfortunately didn't try to eat, coz we just ate outside the panda zone, probably next time] and the staff in the art room) THEY ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY, KIND AND WELCOMING! Kudos to everyone!
The pandas, itselves are very adorable. We able to witness the feeding time. They're so cute and all. 😊😊😊
The structure of the panda house is architecturally astounding! Very, very impressive. And the cleanliness of the area added to the nice ambience of the place.
Though, when we went there, the souvenir shop is not open or maybe not available anymore. Anyways, it doesn't make any difference on our successfully happy day in there.
Overall, 5-star rating is well deserved!

Nice place to visit, panda enclosure was really nice. There weren’t any other visitors there when I went. Only reason I didn’t give a 4* review was security staff were a bit weird. Constantly stare at you whilst you’re observing the pandas and look for any reason to challenge you, like in my instance, scratching me leg as apparently that disturbs the pandas. Clearly very bored. Nice visit overall though

The pandas were amazing but the facility was poorly managed starting from the lady and gentleman at the reception who were burrier in there phones, the toilets have no toilet paper the women’s and mens both and when we told the reception the lady ask me what she could do lol.
We went to the cafe and agin was greeted by a leas then friendly individual where we ordered the panda cake which came to us frozen. Waste of money dont buy anything there.
Like a said the pandas were amazing the building was amazing the people and service utterly poor.

Very keen to visit the Panda House during my stopover in Qatar. Would like to ask about the transport option to get there and back to airport and estimated time. Thank you!
