Super well organized and seamless process to get into the Room. The one we picked was challenging but a ton of fun - very impressed by the level of detail for the clues. Would definitely come again!

What a blast! Three moms and three tweens had a terrific time this weekend. We had a terrific guide for our End of Days adventure. Thanks for the hints! The kids had a blast. It was fun to see them work together and figure stuff out. Lots of fun for all of us and made our trip to NYC so memorable.

We loved our Operation: End of Days Escape Room! The challenges were fun and intelligent and really brought out the teamwork in us. The staff here is kind and professional and all Covid protocols are in effect. We were six adults here for a family birthday outing and we're all so happy we chose the right place!

Great puzzles, fun challenging but still logical. A lot of thought went into designing the room. We had so much fun.
Also, Remi (I for sure misspelled this I am sorry) was fantastic and super pleasant.

Reymi was so nice! All the instructions and clues were clear and easy to follow. I loved the room too. It was Dr. Jekyll’s study. Had that Victorian era vibe.... It was challenging for sure but we escaped!

The escape room was very fun and very challenging, our game master Jonathan was such a delight! He was accommodating and very friendly. He had an amazing sense of when we would need a hint without holding our hands through it, it helped to facilitate the overall experience of the game for sure. We had a blast there and would definitely return to do the other room. We were able to finish with 7 minutes left and definitely plan on coming back for the other one. Try to go on Thursday or Friday for Jonathan to be your game master 10/10 game master.

We had an amazing experience. The gentleman at the front desk greeted us and made us feel welcomed. They both had wonderful customer service. We had a great experience altogether. I would truly recommend this place.

This was our first time at this location, and it was great. Super clean, the staff was super friendly and the escape room was super fun ! Will definitely book with them again. Huge shout out to Derrick!

We had the best time completing the Hydeout escape room. Our guide, Jonathan, was kind and very funny upon our arrival - we had time to prepare ourselves and then got to have a chat with him as he explained how the room worked. We then started on the room - which was a perfect level of complex and solve-able. The puzzles were super original and clever, a lot of them being things we’d never seen in any escape room before. We (2 of us) completed it with around 10 minutes to spare, having only used 1 clue. Something that I thought was unique to this escape room experience which i really appreciated was that the staff genuinely want you to succeed, so they sometimes offer hints even when you may not ask; to elaborate, in a moment where we were so close to doing the right thing but just needed a slight nudge in the right direction, Jonathan left a message on the TV in the room which was so subtle but just enough to give us the tiny bit of a push in the right direction that we needed.
As a literature nerd, it was really enjoyable to be immersed in a room based on a classic piece of literature, with lots of the puzzles and environmental clues linking in with themes and features of the book.
It was perfect for teamwork too, as there were a few times where my boyfriend and I were working on separate things that worked together to get us one bigger clue. I couldn’t recommend this activity enough.

My wife and I had an amazing time completing this escape room! The puzzles were fun and unique and the story was interesting. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great time with friends or family!

All of our games have an in-person introduction explaining the rules. We do not have a Spanish option unfortunately.

Yes they do. Only rooms that are private are those listed. Otherwise they throw u in with others.

Pam is correct! 3 of our rooms (Initiation, Hydeout and Nemesis) charge $28/person. The Darkest Hour is private so it is a flat fee of $180 for up to 6 players!

There are a couple of parking garages located on our block (including one that's right next to us)!
Street parking is very limited so be careful.

Some rooms have physical aspects but don't worry, it's not sports, etc. Save the physical strength for the gym and use your mental power to escape.

I would like to come with 4 adults and 4 kids that are 7, 8, 9 and 12 is it doable with the kids?

Hello there! That is definitely doable!
Our usual policy for kids is that if they are under the age of 12 and below, adult supervision is required (we also wouldn't recommend the Darkest Hour room). But for your case, you guys will be fine!
How many people are in a room at one time? a silly question to u I'm sure. What happens if u run out of time and u you didn't solve the puzzle?

There are 8 people in the room at a time. If you run out of time and don't solve the puzzle then you have no bragging rights. They do not reveal the solutions to your group. You just don't win.
