Nice Temple
jan. 2021 • Vrienden
Located at a walking distance from Rajiv Chowk metro station, it is a very old temple. You will find huge rush if you visit on Tuesdays, it is less crowded on other days. There are a few tea and snack stalls just outside the temple.

Still popular

Many people visiting this old temple of lord Hanuman.Come on any Tuesday you will see a serpentine line even at 10 pm in night. However, there is no shoe stand and you have to keep your shoes in open with any vendor sitting outside. Prasad shops are around the temple. Besides lord hanuman there is also a temple of Lord Shiva nearby. Parking is a big problem here add to this so many beggars roaming outside the temple.

Crowded temple with good food court nearby
dec. 2019
The temple is generally always crowded with many vagabonds and beggars shouting for your attention. It is an old temple but not very clean. The food court nearby has great options for snacks including Kachoris.

A Great place of worship for Hanuman Devotees
nov. 2019
The Hanuman Temple located on the Baba Kharak Singh Marg in Connaught Place is a very old Hindu Temple .It is believed to be of Mahabharat times. Devotees starts visiting this temple since early in the morning. On Tuesdays and on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, you will find maximum rush of the devotees there. I really get a divine feeling after visiting this temple. During the day time ,you can find lot of monkeys in the temple surrounding. There are few sweet shops and snack shops where you can buy Prasad and delicious Kachoris/Bread Pakoras respectively. On the opposite side of the Hanuman Temple, at the same Baba Kharak Singh Marg, you can see all the state’s emporium where you can buy some very good stuff of other states too. There is a huge NDMC parking close to temple where you can park your vehicle.

A Divine Darshan!
okt. 2019
The Hanuman Temple located on the Baba Kharak Singh Marg in Connaught Place is an ancient Hindu Mandir and is claimed to be one of the five temples of Mahabharata days. It is frequented by Hindu devotees in the capital and is crowded on Tuesdays and holidays. It is dedicated primarily to Lord Hanuman though there are other deities as well. One can procure Prasad from shops outside and dedicate them to the Lord. A divine place to visit and have darshan.

Old temple of hanuman ji
jan. 2019 • Alleen
This is a very old temple of Hanuman ji that is situated on the Baba Kharak Singh Marg nearby khadi gram udyog bhavan, cp. Other attraction is the state emporiums opposite to the temple. Usually parking is an issue and most of the cars are parked on the road itself on Tuesdays and you won't get a ticket from traffic police too but only on Tuesdays. On any other day never park on roads as your vehicle would be picked up in matter of minutes. you will also see monkeys around this temple and there are lot of beggars and needy people who gather outside.

Recently I went to this temple on Jan 1, 2019. That was an extraordinary day and it collided with Tuesday. There was a very big line of around 1 km that I have never seen in my life in this temple. I had to stand for nearly 5 hrs to perform darshan on that day.

Famous temple in Delhi, do try Kachori and bread pakoda on the street too..
apr. 2019 • Gezinnen
Jai Hanuman.. Dedicated to god Hanuman, its a very old temple in the middle of the city. There is a lot of traffic around as parking is a problem here. Usually you will see people parking on the roads itself. Usually it is crowded on Tuesday & Saturday, as these days belongs to God Hanumana. In rest of the days you will not find that much of rush. Beware of the beggars as there are plenty in this ara.
