Al inicio tenía un poco de miedo y como soy muy ansiosa me enfoque solo en comentarios negativos.
Pero tengo que decir que es un servicio excelente, puntual y muy amables. Tienen espacio para las maletas, yo llevé 2 maletas grandes y no tuve ningún problema, claro que pague el suplemento pero era poco.
All'inizio avevo un po' paura e siccome sono molto in ansia mi sono concentrata solo sui commenti negativi.
Ma devo dire che è un ottimo servizio, puntuale e molto cordiale. Hanno spazio per le valigie, io ho preso 2 valigie grandi e non ho avuto problemi, certo ho pagato il supplemento ma era poco.

Buongiorno Wendy, grazie per il vostro commento. Certamente! I nostri driver sono sempre 100% puntuali. Purtroppo molte volte i passeggeri tardano e non sono presenti al punto di prelievo e esigono di aspettarli per ore, il che non e' possibile in quanto prenotano un servizio condiviso. Siamo felici tuttavia che il servizio abbia soddisfatto le vostre aspettative e speriamo, che in futuro prenoterete nuovamente con GoOpti! Un saluto!

I have used this service a few other times and it was all smooth and easy. Very punctual and precise with all info. Communication was also clear. The only thing I might ask is to communicate via what’s up with passengers that have only foreign phone numbers and cannot receive phone calls or sms messages

I enjoyed the ride, the driver was very polite and pleasant. He arrived to pick me up on time and we had an enjoyable ride with a little chat and a break for a coffee. I arrived at my destination relaxed and on time. I will definitely use the service of GoOpti in the future and also I will recommend it to my friends.

Too expensive for a 1 hr travel, the driver did not drop me off at the drop off location at the airport, I had to walk with my heavy luggages on a very cold early morning. Extra charge for luggage

Each passenger has included in the price 1x carry luggage on and 1x backpack. Additional luggage must be included in the booking.

I deleted my previous review as seems from the reply of GoOpti that it was not clear.
We booked two trips with GoOpti, on arrival to Venice airport and on departure. Both trips were NOT shared but private.
First we missed a connected flight during the inbound trip to Italy and it was very difficult to reach someone from GoOpti to speak to and find out what were our options. It was, I repeat, a private booking and we advised them even before departure that our flight was late and there was a chance to miss our connection. We received an email with the following text: “Please contact us when you will know the exact hour of landing in Venice”. But after 5 pm both live chat and email were referring us to the never answering emergency telephone number. We were lucky that our flight replacement happened the next day and we were finally offered by GoOpti rebooking at additional cost.
Our second trip with GoOpti on the way back was a complete disaster. Car didn’t arrive to pick us up for transfer to the Venice airport, we did not receive contact details of the driver (due to the technical issues, according to the email we received later). It was almost impossible to find alternative transport at 4 am (!!!) So called “emergency number” NEVER answered. Unacceptable for a company providing this type of service, especially because they are listed on the Marco Polo airport as an official service provider. We were refunded money and received a discount voucher for the future but would definitely avoid GoOpti if can help it.

Greetings, thank you again for taking the time, to explain your situation in details. As you yourself wrote, the flight had a delay and our driver was present at the pick-up location on time. GoOpti can't be responsible if the passengers aren't present on the designated pick-up location at the established time, even with a private transfer, since the driver can't wait for hours.. We therefore suggest to step in contact with the flight company for such matter. Our online chat is active untill 17:00 PM as written on our website, but our team is reachable via the emergency number 24h/7 days a week, always. The passenger must press the correct option when dialing in order to speak with a person.
For your return trip, as you wrote, we provided as a token of apology, a full refund of your booking and added a promo code. We always try to do our best, because we value our customers and that's why we strongly suggest to add our Absolutely no worries package in your next booking, so in case of flight delays, we will organize a new transfer for you, completely at our costs.

Sonó stato preso alle 1.35 AM a casa mia in Udine, l autista mi ha prima portato a Tricésimo per una cliente, adesso sonó le 3.35 am e siamo a Pordenone in attesa di un altra cliente che non e ancora arrivata all appuntamento...
Di questo passo arriveremo a Venezia non prima delle 4.30 o 5 AM.
Considero che 3 oré abbondanti per andare da Udine a Venezia sono troppe
Era meglio andare in treno......

Buongiorno, ci dispiace che ha avuto un' esperienza dispiacevole con GoOpti. i nostri trasferimenti condivisi sono piu convenienti e meno costosi, pero si deve prendere nota che c'e' la probabilita' che ci saranno anche altri passeggeri nella navetta con diversi indirizzi. Noi garantiamo sempre l'arrivo all' aeroporto scelto dal cliente. Per evitare il lungo percorso le consiglio di prenotare o transfer privato o transfer con orario fisso.

Niente da dire su autista e mezzo o viaggio. Pero' il transfert da TS all'aeroporto di TV dura 1h e 30min e vengo scaricato a destinazione 5 ore (si avete capito bene...) PRIMA della partenza del volo!!!
SE non ci sono mezzi a disposizione dovete segnalare PRIMA del pagamento questi orari di trasporto, in modo che il cliente possa scegliere se accettare o meno un servizio navetta che ti fa alzare alle 5 del mattino per un volo alle 12.00...uno ci riflette e sceglie...no?!?

Buongiorno, la informo che siete completamente liberi di scegliere l'orario di presa/rilascio durante la fase di prenotazione. In quanto avete prenotato un servizio con la finestra oraria, il sistema può' organizzare la presa una volta nella fascia oraria scelta. In futuro, le proponiamo di scegliere un servizio senza la fascia oraria, cosi' saprete subito l'orario di presa. Un saluto, Team GoOpti.

Dear GoOpti representative, I have booked a shared transfer from " Piazzale Roma (city center, vaporetto), Venice, Italy " to " Grand Hotel Union, Ljubljana, Slovenia " on July 26th (pick-up 12 - 14) . I will be with my family and luggage (by the way, booked extra luggage). I intend to go from San Marco (Giglio) to Piazzale Rome using Actv line 1 (vapporeto). So my questions are : 1- In your opinion, is that OK to use the "vaporetto" (Actv line 1) to go from San Marco to Piazzale Rome ? , 2- Could you please tell me the exact location of the Piazzale Rome GoOption point ? , and 3- Could you please tell me how far the Piazzale Rome GoOption point is from the Piazzale Rome " C vaporetto stop " ? (I hope to be a very short walking distance because with family and luggage). Looking forward to receiving a promptly answer, thanks in advance.

Go opti me informó que iban a darme un código de descuento por la cancelación de mi pasaje con motivo de la pandemia pero aún no lo he recibido. Alguien tiene idea si están cumpliendo? La única forma de conectarme desde Argentina es el mail de la página pero sólo recibo respuestas automáticas.

Hi, Treviso airport is one of our standard locations. The transfer from Treviso to Rijeka takes approximately 3h 15min depending also if you book a private or a shared transfer.
