Shop of Lissone do not go. The crazy bike workshop department. Rude people. I went there for bike centering, but you had to make an appointment. Made appointment return, the centering if I wanted in the day 22 euros, otherwise 12 euros but in 10 days. Excuse me, what's the point of making an appointment? If you want to steal people's money. Only word THIEVES

XIAOMI SCOOTER 4 scooter purchased at the end of August 2023
Total incomprehension

I dropped off my scooter for repair, it was sent to the workshop
The time indicated when depositing to collect it is 10 days
I received a call today to tell me that this one is going to the manufacturer because the workshop does not have the parts

It takes between 30 and 40 days to wait
This is not correct, we could have been warned in advance
We live in the north, 850 km from our 18-year-old son, who is alone in Bordeaux, his only means of transport is the scooter.
The workshop service advised us to contact the store for a loan solution
So I contacted Bordeaux Lac, who asked me to contact Bordeaux St Catherine (city) Welcome to the obstacle course!!
No solution

And it continues....
But the most incredible thing is the response I receive from customer service:
I am not a higher authority than my colleagues in store.
My colleagues on site have full authority and/or competence to make the decisions they want and above all can be at your service

Un’azienda poco affidabile

immaginate di comprare da Decathlon (Roma - Bufalotta) una tavola gonfiabile e di accorgervi al primo uso che c'è una perdita d'aria da difetto di fabbrica. La portate fiduciosi al negozio contando sulla sostituzione. Con stupore scoprirete che Decathlon provvede a "riparare" il prodotto nuovo da voi acquistato a prezzo pieno con questa patetica "pezza a colore" che oltre a modificare l’estetica del prodotto pone seri dubbi sulla sicurezza d’uso. La prossima volta converrà acquistare dal negozio del cinese sotto casa. Avrete una migliore qualità e garanzia di serietà commerciale.

25 gradi fuori.....perchè a porte aperte aria condizionata al massimo??

Oggi 14/09/22....fuori cielo nuvoloso con 25 gradi. Interno del negozio di curno aria condizionata a manetta (a mezze maniche avevi freschino) con entrambe le porte entrata ed uscita spalancate.
Uno spreco di energia in un periodo così particolare....mi chiedo il perchè di tale decisione !!! Poi giustificano l aumento dei prezzi con l aumento della bolletta.
Bhe...eticamente facciamoci 2 domande!!

Innanzitutto sono un cliente che paga e vorrei essere trattato con un po' di serietà. Invece vengo trattato con sufficienza, forse perché spendo "solo" 315€!!!!! Poi velocemente mi viene consegnata la bicicletta montata in 5 minuti. La carico in macchina e vado via. Il giorno dopo mio figlio, destinatario della bici, mi dice che in frenata si muove la ruota davanti. Va bè, penso io, può capitare. Il giorno dopo torna a casa e mi dice che salendo la sella si abbassa di scatto facendogli sbattere le parti basse e sì è staccata la fascetta che dovrebbe chiuderla. Sono cose che posso fare anch'io. Però domani andrò lì a farglielo presente. La gentilezza e la professionalità nel lavoro sono la base x tenersi i clienti, almeno nel mio campo, se invece di 5 avessero impiegato 10 minuti queste cose non sarebbero. E poi quando vi fanno delle domande non fate finta di niente

Decathlon Milano - Servizio online - Pessimo!Assurdo!!

Dopo aver fatto un ordine, richiedendo la spedizione express da € 7,99, a distanza di qualche ora mi è stato annullato parte dell'ordine e cambiata la spedizione da express a standard.
Il giorno successivo chiamo per avere delucidazioni e mi è stato detto che è stato un loro errore, ma che comunque non avrebbero potuto farmi avere i prodotti in giornata.
Nella chiamata mi era stato detto che entro un paio d'ore mi avrebbero mandato un buono pari all'importo della merce che loro mi avevano annullato, e anche del restante, avendo chiesto di annullare tutto.

Dopo 4 ore da questa telefonata richiamo e mi viene detto che il rimborso ha tempistiche più lunghe, nonostante il problema sia stato creato da loro.

Insomma..il servizio telefonico è informato male, nonostante siano stati molto gentili, il servizio di ordine online è veramente stato PESSIMO!

Consiglierei, in caso di errore da parte della Decathlon e non del cliente, di dare un servizio migliore!
