This was my second time here. We did the lions, tigers and spider monkeys this time around. We had a lovely time. Barbara took some lovely pictures of us, and gave us lots of information about the animals. Would definitely recommend as a great day out

Our Sloth encounter began with the great organisation of Hannah booking the experience with me she was great from start to finish then on the day of the encounter we were greeted by Niall he made us feel comfortable in our surroundings from the moment we arrived and was extremely informative about the Sloth we were visiting but also about all the animals on the site. It was a very personal experience and we will definitely like to come back and do an encounter with another animal maybe. I would fully recommend this place to anyone.

WOW. Just amazing. We did the zoo package with tiger feeding and were blown away. From the moment of booking the team were so helpful, Hannah made sure we had exactly what we wanted booked and all of the information we needed. And what can I say, Unlike any other animal encounter I have ever done. No fighting the public to get a good photo and the most knowledgeable tour guide. Niall made sure we knew everything there was to know about the animals we got so see and feed. Would recommend to anyone and will be talking about the day for years to come.

Had a lovely sloth experience today with Talita. The whole experience was great from initial booking to the visit. A fab and friendly young girl spent plenty of time with us and answered all our questions. Talita was beautiful. Such a gentle creature.

Absolutely Incredible. Our guide/ zoologist was so lovely, kind and informative. It was just incredible to get the animals all to ourselves and get up close and personal. Wonderful experience.

Went for the sloth encounter for our daughter's birthday.Absolutely amazing.Jersey the handler was a credit to the company.Passionate about the animals and very informative.Amazing once in a lifetime experience to get so close to Talita the sloth.In my daughters words "Best Day Ever"!

I went for a sloth experience and had the most amazing time. I have always been sloth mad and this has seriously been a big tick on the bucket list. Amazing staff and amazing animals.
The young handler that was o duty was so friendly and professional and made the day memorable. Highly recommend this visit for whichever animal you have a passion for.

The best experience I have ever done in my life!! My boyfriend and I previously went to Heythrop and it was perfect. I met Talita the sloth which was a dream come true for me as I am a huge fan of sloths. I am so grateful to have had the experience of feeding her and stroking her. Barbara our handler was amazing and told us so many interesting facts about talita and how close she is to her. It’s safe to say I miss talita already and wouldn’t mind going every year to see her. My boyfriend did the walk a Wolf experience and he had the best time. Getting to walk and cuddle Beowulf was such an amazing opportunity and we got some amazing pictures and videos thanks to Barbara who got everything on camera. A big thank you to our other guide who was with us on the wolf experience who answered any questions my partner had and told us some amazing facts. Me and my partner had travelled from Dorset which was about a 3 hour or so drive and we can both say it was totally worth it and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! I want to thank Hannah for helping me with the booking and giving us the directions and a massive thank you to Barbara for making this experience so great and special. This is a memory I will never forget and hope to come back soon.

I surprised my wife and her family with a visit, they had no idea where we were going or what was involved.
Right from researching then booking our appointment (it’s appointment only and not open like a normal zoo) everything was simple! Hannah helped me with my choices, answered any questions I had and made the whole booking process so easy!
Upon arrival we were greeted by Aaron who was lovely, and most knowledgeable with all the animals we saw, after a short introduction and booking in he introduced us to the penguins which we then fed, then later in the visit we fed the tigers and zebras, I won’t bore you with every detail but it was worth every penny!
My two young nieces (7 and 8) were completely blown away with it all!
We took lots of photos and videos to cherish and remember our amazing two hours!

I don’t work there but I think we paid £100 and the experience is 20 minutes just you (and someone to watch and take photos) and it was absolutely and utterly magical

Hello,
It was £100 for my daughter (21) and £20 for me to watch and take pics. Worth every penny. She loved it - I didn't want to touch the sloth!! They then showed us all around the rest of the animals on our way out. Fabulous present for anyone. (not small children though - check age restrictions)

It varies a few years ago they had a circus there. They have fixed times when you can visit a lion training session there are lots of other animals that you can visit at your own time I am usually there about two hours. They have their own website which will give you more info

No they don't allow dogs, i asked this and they said particularly in the summer months if they find out you have left them in the car they will turn you away.
