- Christy V00Geweldig!Galen was onze professionele fotograaf/gids. Hij wist alles over het eiland en nam ons mee naar de mooiste plekjes van de oost-kust. Ook hebben geluncht in een leuke lokale tent met geweldig eten! Deze tour is zeker een aanrader als je de bijzonder mooie plekjes van het eiland wilt zien!
- Wouter D00Adembenemende uitzichten ((full day tour)Alex was onze gids. Hij is enorm enthousiast, kundig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij weet enorm veel over fotografie en kan je helpen om mooie plaatjes te schieten. Of je nu met dure camera's of met je telefoon/tablet foto's wilt nemen, het maakt niks uit. Het is een geweldige ervaring die je niet mag missen! De tour begon met zonsopgang op Sandy Beach, daarna volgden nog 10 tot 15 stops, allemaal prachtige uitzichten. Je ziet praktisch het hele eiland. Tussen de stops vertelt Alex enorm veel over de geschiedenis, cultuur, flora en fauna van Hawaï. Dit is het leukste wat ik heb gedaan tijdens mijn verblijf op Hawaï.

The guide makes these tours and Alex was the very best. Extremely friendly, kept us engaged with interesting facts and trivia for the entire 10 hours. Valuable photo tips. His overall knowledge of the islands, including flora and fauna, was quite impressive. The small group of 6 passengers was ideal allowing Alex to lend us his personal attention throughout the tour including the walks. Trip was well organized allowing us to arrive at the best destinations at just the right time to avoid the crowds. Optional lunch at the food trucks allowed us to sample some of Hawaii's most unique and delectable cuisine. The conclusion with coconut filled donuts was to die for. This is definitely the tour you are looking for!

What a wonderful host and tour group! Kurt was a professional photographer and a very knowledgeable and entertaining host. Our group was super friendly, engaged and postive. I feel like i have made new friends, learned a lot whilst experiencing some of the most beautiful sites. All in 7 hours. Thank you all :)

Mac was an amazing tour guide! We had the best day! Our whole group made great friends. Easy tour not difficult long activity. Got to experience so much of the island and went home with 300 photos Mac snapped of each of us! Definitely recommend this tour!

We enjoyed a wonderful day touring the island with the amazing Nui on the Complete Island Adventure Tour. There was just my husband and I plus one other on the tour, and Nui was friendly and generous about sharing her knowledge of the island landscape and culture. She showed us some tips with our iPhones, suggested views of interest and allowed us time to explore.
After a welcome coffee stop we headed to Waimea. Unfortunately the waterfall was not flowing (nobody can predict nature’s whims) but we were able to explore the beautiful botanical gardens and cultural sites, chat to Aunties and snap the flora and fauna. As we travelled along the North Shore, Nui spotted some surfers braving the large, choppy waves and I was able to catch a few shots with my DSLR - something I had told Nui I wanted to do.
Enjoying the stunning scenery, we travelled around to the east shore, stopping for lunch at Kahuku food trucks and a visit to the Byodo-in Temple. Then it was on to the best vantage points to get shots of the gorgeous coastline. Nui took some shots of us against the scenery; showing us how to make the most of the scenes.
The cherry on the top of this tour is the complimentary Malasada at Leonards - just yum.

I have previously been on the Complete Island Tour & Sunrise Photography tour with Oahu Photography Tours and had an amazing experience learning how to photograph the amazing sites on Oahu so when we were organising a girls trip to Oahu I convinced my travel companions to book the Complete Island Tour and Waterfall photo experience.
Our tour guide, Newee, was very passionate about the Hawaii people and shared a lot about her culture. The waterfall was amazing and we were able to take a swim. It would have been nice to stop off at any of the North Shore beaches to break up the travelling to the food trucks. The temple, chinaman's hat and of course the malasadas were all great.
What let this tour down was the lack of 'Photography'. We were hoping for a guide that could talk about how to get the most out of our cameras and hints and tips for the perfect shots. Maybe my expectations were too high after my previous experience.

This tour was amazing!! Andrew was so knowledgeable and made the gorgeous sites even more fun to see! The stops were perfect for getting beautiful pictures, an overview of the rich history of the island, and trying amazing food!

Alex was a great tour guide and took us to places that were scenic and not just the standard tourist traps. The pace was even and had different types of activities, not just photography. We went swimming, took a stroll in a botanical garden, visited a temple, and, of course, viewed the beautiful coastline and beaches. At the end of the tour, we were treated to a malasada (Portuguese donut of sorts.) It was delicious!
