Saved money and had some awesome experiences I wouldn't have thought of if I didn't buy the pass. Top Dog tours was the best and we did 2 of the tours with them! Highly recommend the "Little Italy"North End Food Tour with Zach and the Historic Pub Crawl with Tim. Both way exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

This Go City Boston explorer pass was super easy to purchase and use. We bought the 2 attraction pass and used them at the Aquarium and Museum of Science. You just need to download the go city app. At the Aquarium we did have to go to admissions and get a paper ticket but that was quick. Cheaper than other options.

The explorer pass gives some discounts which are helpful. City view trolley map not detailed enough. Hard to find stops. Many places to visit.

Purchasing tickets was easy. Using them is another story. We would have appreciated more clear directions as to actually using these tickets. To use certain tickets for certain activities - you need to book ahead for specific timed activities. We found out you cannot just show up and use these tickets. Adding specific activity instructions and event time information would have saved us so much time. To get around this city takes much of your day. If you choose the trolley be ready to walk sometimes 25 minutes from the stop to one activity one way. We did not know this any lost considerable time walking. Also adding information as to how long is estimated at each location would be great for planning your day. We almost lost out on a few places because no where did it say you must call, give your party information, then request a time to use your tickets , then they will send you an email with their own specific ticket information. Then once you get to said place there was no direction as to where to go ie if you need to wait in line at the ticket info section or if you can just walk up to use said tickets. Overall going to a new city and not knowing how long it takes to get through activities and having to plan extra time for walking(when the trolley man says it is a 10 minute walk but really it’s 25-30 minutes walk one way) really cut down our time to enjoy our trip.

We were traveling with friends and had never been to Boston before. The Go City pass enabled us to find things to see and do also the pass allowed us priority admission to a number of attractions where we would have had to wait for general admission for example the New England Aquarium. With Go City we were admitted right away while walk ups had to wait several hours for admission. With their list of sites we were able to make plans and see things we may have other wise missed.
We would use Go City for other cities we might not be familiar with but I think we would take more time to plan out our walking routes.

After comparing go city inclusive and explorer and city pass we went with Go City Explorer 5 venue pass. As we started to try and use it we found out that many of the offerings were not open till later in April or were not offered anymore. We couldn’t do any of the offered boat ride bc they were closed. We did the ghost walking tour and it was really awful. The regular non haunted historical walking tour that is offered tour excellent. The price point is too high for what this includes. Adding some more venues might help. Go city should be performing some quality control on the activities they are offering. I tried to contact customer service but wasn’t able to get anyone to respond to me. This was a disappointing considering how much we spent.

Well worth the money.
We stayed 5 days and chose 5 attractions.
We did the hop on hop off trolly day 1 and got our bearings from there.

It’s says 3, 4 or 5 attractions. How do you know how many you get? Is it your choice?
When you go to Fenway Park or and of the other "tours", do you have to let them know ahead of time what time you plan on going?
