None of the servers seemed happy to be there. No smiles, no energy, nothing you would expect. Mediocre service at best. At 6pm there were several empty tables. The food portions were much smaller than the last time we were here. Also, my $20 burger looked to be the same size as my child's $9 burger. I wouldn't recommend going to this HRC.

HRC is exactly what you'd expect. Fast environment, music, dark lighting, music memorabilia. Seating arrangements from booths, benches and bar seating. Lots of options inside, upstairs and outside.
Service was really great. Very attentive staff. Frequently stopped to check on us.
Food was quite good. Our party ordered a wide variety of dishes which was nice to explore different . Overall, it's a recommendation of you've never been.

having been a unity member and visited multiple hard rock cafes, hotels and resorts over the years this visit has to have been the most disappointing. Our server was friendly but failed to recognise the failing in the service. Our mains arrived at which point we indicated we had ordered a starter/appetiser to which we are presented with a blank face. We spoke to our server who’s response was I put the order in. Our appetisers then appeared 5 minutes after our mains which defeats the object of a starter/ appetiser. So our mains sat going cold while we ate our starter. I had a starter and my partner intended on having a dessert however as we were handed our bill midway through eating our mains that was a big indication that they didn’t want our money so we decided to leave and continue the rest of our meal and drinks elsewhere. Needless to say I will reconsider going back to a hard rock anytime soon.

We went with 4 other friends on Feb. 10, specifically to see the singer, Ronnie Clinton. He is so awesome! We've seen him many times before, but never at the Hard Rock. I hope the Hard Rock will feature Ronnie again and at other Hard Rock locations. He has to be the best singer EVER over ANY male singer. As far as the food, my husband and I both ordered the Ceasor Salad. It was very expesnive, but that would have been OK if it had been really good. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken was way too done and very dry. Too hard to eat. So we'd definitely go see Ronnie Clinton again, but would order another item from the menu. We were happy to see Hard Rock have such high quality entertainment.

This is our second trip while on our vacation. It was so good. Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff, and food is GREAT. The nacho plater is large enough for the main course, and is one of the best Ive ever had. We requested ground hamburger on the nachos instead of steak or chicken. GREAT!!! Also had a Ceaser salad which was good too;.

This Hard Rock Cafe location at Broadway At The Beach is a well managed Hard Rock Cafe location that has delicious food and drinks. The food is well prepared and they have a fun atmosphere. I really like the desserts that they have available here. Well worth a visit.

I’ve been to many Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and the Myrtle Beach cafe 3 times in the past 9 months. Today’s meal was less than stellar. The child’s mac and cheese was dried up, the replacement was the same. Two people had fries that were refried at least once making them brown and soggy not golden brown, crispy and upright in their container and their replacement was the same. Come on Hard Rock I expect better than that. I paid $111 for a meal that I could have gone to a lesser chain and paid less. I always have excellent food at this location the last being April. The service and wait was excellent.

Are you referring to the vouchers that you got for going to a resort meeting? The $150 that they give you? If so yes you can. Because we use ours. It was a little over $50 so we just use the $50 and pay the rest in cash. I hope this is helpful.
