Thanks for the review. We experienced a technical issue on the weekend you did your tour (the reason for needing to uninstall and reinstall), which is now fixed. As far as the audio sporadically playing, this is related to GPS signal. Unfortunately some devices (specifically older ones) have difficulty acquiring and maintaining a GPS signal. The vast majority of tours go smoothly, and if there are issues we will gladly issue a refund. You are right however that as newer devices gradually replace older ones, these rare GPS signal issues will become lower and lower. If there is a passenger along for the ride, they can always play the audio manually as well.

Thanks for your response. The price on the app does not include the Starbucks gift card, which we include to meet the minimum price requirement on this booking service. Our tours are created on the highway between popular destinations (Vail & Boulder in this case) and yes, during the day is much better. We appreciate your feedback as we work to improve our tours.
