The worst Christmas Lights bus tour! The tour is mid-sold! No lights. Cold bus. No commentary.
A group of 7 ladies went on the Christmas Lights Tootbus tour in Brussels.
Plate rip off!
Hardly any lights, The bus was freezing as there was no heating upstairs. No commentary. Only Xmas carols in ear phones.
The worst customer service!

Awful bus tour - do not waste your money

I normally read reviews before I book anything and sorely wish I had before I wasted over 50 euros on this complete waste of 90 minutes of my life. The blue route did not show any landmarks at, the commentary was cringy worthy and out of sequence and repeated constantly. The bus stopped for 10 to 15 mins in
The freezing cold without any explanation. Avoid avoid avoid !!!

Avoid; just a waste of time.
Awful. Possibly the worst city bus tour going. The commentary is below woeful. Out of step with the tour, obviously historical buildings completely missed and the commentary there was, was mostly irrelevant.

Given how awful every review is, it’s quite amazing that they don’t improve it. Please don’t write a management response saying you’ll get our trust back; change the product!

Should have read the reviews and believed them

Paid 33 euros per adult for what was essentially just a bus from central station to atomium and back. We asked to get off at other places but the driver said no. A ”hop on hop off” should have more than two stops! Also, the commentary was weird at best and embarrassing at worst. And the heating was not on, so the bus was the same temperature as outside (in November). Icing on the cake, while buying these (very expensive) tickets, no one mentioned that you can buy a combo ticket for Toot+Mini Europe. Would have been nice to know, especially since the bus ONLY goes to Atomium/Mini Europe.
P.S. *I rarely if ever write reviews, so a product must be truly bad for me to bother. This was a pure scam and warrants a full refund.
I have since heard similar reports from Tootbus in London. The whole brand seems scummy.

Tootal Waste of €60 Euros!

This has to be the WORST hop on/hop off bus tour we have ever been on - and we've done plenty. The commentary is random at best, it is completely out of sync with where you are actually going past - some of this may be down to traffic but still totally unacceptable. It is also very weird - lots of information about Tintin and very little about what you are actually passing! There were loads of sights we passed, which looked like they warranted commentary, but absolutely nothing. The bus pauses so quickly at the actual stops that it is impossible to tell that they are actually a stop. If I could have given this a review of 0 I would have. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If Toot bus want to start getting better reviews they need to ditch the pre-recorded audio and actually employ some tour guides who could tell you what you are passing as you go past it!

Disappointing experience
I usually read reviews before embarking on a tourist excursion and wish I had for the Toot bus. We often use the hop on hop off style buses to orient ourselves to a new city. Our group all agreed the commentary was not helpful at all. In the traffic we could not tell whether we were stuck in traffic, at lights or at a stop as there was no announcement of stops. We passed lots of significant buildings with no mention of what they were. There was not much guidance as to which buildings you could enter before reaching a stop or where else you could walk to from the stop. Very disappointing.

I’ve been on many hop off hop on buses, this one was terrible. There was more music than talking. They talked about stops after they left the stop. They didn’t give information about what to see at each stop. They missed some of the major sites in Brussels.
